Tasting Notes:
‘ This is a straight forward pinot, but the wine also offers you many different attributes in tasting. Good nose of red fruit and oak. The palate is half dry, medium bodied, and in a steady finish. It is not a complex wine but yet it is delicious and pleasant, hanging with elegance and finesse. Good cherry fruit with minerals and liquorice. A good example of good pinot outside the Bourgogne region. ‘
Thing you should know:
Badet Clement was the pioneer of planting pinot in Languedoc. After were those big names who now are investing pinot in the region.
