Things you need to know:
This is an interesting domaine that comes to Hong Kong for the first time with a reason.
Back to March, when I was asked by a 5 Star Hotel in Central to propose a Rose from Loire, I felt a bit embarrassed as I didn’t have any on my portfolio. I therefore contacted some French wine makers for help. Then the routine began: sample request, courier, receive them, try them, get the nod on our own, passing the samples to the hotel for tasting, and then, waited.
Finally, one of those brilliant Roses, namely Franck Millet, was selected by Wine Director of the hotel.
Not to be missed.
