Tasting Notes:
' Dark and dense with a concentrated profile of silky ripe plum, cassis, violet, D66 displays a rich cardinal red hue in the glass. It begins with intoxicating aromas of blackberry, plum and prunes with lots of cedar, baking spice and vanilla. The first impression offers notes of black fruits of supreme richness. Tasting reveals big, velvety, concentrated fruit flavors as well as plenty of licorice and some minerality. Tasty notes of cardamom ( herb ), dried quinces and the typical minerality of the South of France complete the tasting experience. The soft tannins support the wine and give it a nice freshness. Such a big wine! ‘
