Tasting Notes:
“ Cousin of a vintage Porto, it is less sweet (100 gr of residual sugars) and less alcoholic (18.5 °). Very fruity with a complex nose of blackberry and cassis, a hint of violet, spice and cocoa. The palate is sweet and velvety with a length all freshness. A beautiful sweet dessert wine. Real "fruit juice".
It goes perfectly with a terrine of foie gras, blue cheeses, chocolate desserts. Otherwise, as an aperitif ...
In good conditions of use and storage (10/15 ° C and hygrometry> 70%).
