Things you should know:
The grapes for this wine come from 2 terroirs: the foothills of the Cevennes , which bring fruit and spicy notes, and the Aude Valley which lends strength and roundness to the wine. The series is named “ Les Fruits Sauvages “, which means wild plants are all around the vines. The grower managed to preserve these wild plants which border the vineyard.
