Since 1997, we source, import and distribute French wines in Hong Kong with always an amazing value:

Our wines can be:

• The super stars of tomorrow currently flying under the radar

• made of unheard grape variety or blend of grape varieties or by pioneering wine-making techniques 

• using the most natural and least intervention of making wine ( Organic and Biodynamic )

• come from completely unknown appellation that are hidden jewels, just waiting for a magic wand to make them shine 

• be produced from a few hundred to a few thousands bottles for a given vintage

Great Wine speaks of itself. It is not about the brand. It is not about the fame. It is not about the price. What matter is that the truth is always inside the wine, inside the bottle.

Our Definition of great wines: 

• Low yields – yield is always regarded as an indicator of quality in wine production. The lower the yield, the better the concentration. It means as well that the vines are old. In France, the national average yield is about 52 hectoliter per hectare (hl/ha). Our wine’s yield can be as low as 12 hl/ha.

• No chaptalization – we do not want artificially high degree of alcohol produced by adding sugar to the grape must after the fermentation, which is not natural.

• No filtration – we avoid wine being filtered as much of its natural flavors and characteristics will be stripped.

• No fining – fining agents can vary a lot in different formats – some can cause allergy and some are animal based. Same as filtration, it can also reduce the flavors and characteristics of a wine.

• No intervention – all our wineries use organic methodology in growing grapes. Some are even biodynamic. Tremendous respect to the nature with integrity.

• No pesticide – the grapes of our wine are grown without using substance that can prevent, repel or even destroy pests.

• Hand harvest – machinery harvest will allow bad grapes into the wine, thus never produce great wines. Our wines are all handpicked harvest.
